The Keys to Expanded Global Consciousness
In these times when our consciousness is moving towards
creating paths for the light within us to shine forth, there are three keys to
expanding global consciousness that are recurring themes in one's path to
self-discovery. These are rooted in Vibrational Expansion, Connecting with
Spirit, and Path to Empowerment. As the planet awakens en masse, people
are increasingly seeking answers to the changes within their inner and outer
lives, and how to stay centered and calm through their own transformation.
Dorothy Holder of Energy Therapies, Astrid Stromberg of Brilliant Essence, and
Gina Alzate of Holistic Life Designs lead these highly interactive and
life-transforming workshops with the aim to encourage self-empowerment through
transformational processes.
Day One: Energy Therapies – Vibrational Expansion
About Dorothy Holder (Energy Therapies):
Dorothy Holder
is an Energy Therapist and Clairvoyant who founded the Vibrational Expansion
Technique of healing the mind and body. She supports her clients with life
support strategies. She is a contributor to the book, Living Our Soul
Map: Unleashing the Warrior Goddess Within. Dorothy's workshop
includes healing into your past, energy expansion, cellular regeneration,
finishing with transformation an ongoing process
9am-10.30 Healing your past: This is a core
healing process that also takes into account pain held within the body. Release
is a totally freeing experience this is not something you will need to do more
than once in your lifetime if done properly. It can be an emotional experience
for many so be prepared. you will need a pillow and a blanket
10.30- 12 Cellular Regeneration: A
life altering session with repercussions that will continue for years beyond the
initial therapy. Regeneration is literally that, leaving you feeling
enlivened and fresh, full of life and vitality. A more divine program would be
hard to find
LUNCH 12-1pm
1pm-2.30 Vibrational Expansion: and expansion of
the senses, the chakras, and the auric sensitivity. this aids spiritual
development often accompanied by a sense of enlightenment and a greater ability
to sense the subtle energies. A wonderful effect of expansion is corrections
made within the body reducing or removing pain and imbalances.

meditation into your Secret Garden where you meet and communicate with your
spirit guides
11:30AM - 12PM Spirit answers your questions
- open questions answered by Astrid who will channel Spirit for you

2PM - 2:30PM Tools and techniques to
